Payment / Cancellation
An initial payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking and the remaining payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival. When booking within 6 weeks of your arrival we request payment in full at the time of your booking.
We request a security deposit of 500 which will be refunded within 14 days of your departure unless there is any major damage to the property.
We are obliged to collect a taxe de séjour of 1,20 per person per night and pass it on to our commune.
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking, your payment becomes non-refundable. We recommend that you take out appropriate cancellation- and travel insurance.
House rules
- Maximum capacity of the house: 2 persons (adults only)
- The gite is completely non-smoking
- Use of air-conditioning only with doors and windows closed
- It is not allowed to host any parties or events
- Visitors are not allowed to stay over
- Pets are not accepted
- It is not allowed to charge electric vehicles (there is a charging location in the village of Curemonte)
- It is not allowed to use sunscreen with tanning lotion when using the swimming pool
- Access to pool, bedroom and en-suite bathroom via steps
